- Confirmation: Reservations are only finalized once the deposit is received.
- Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance is required at the time of booking.
Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
- Remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event.
Cancellations
We are committed to a timely delivery. To ensure a smooth setup, please note the following:
- 14+ days: refundable (minus admin fee).
- Less than 14 days: non-refundable.
Weather
- In the event of severe weather, services may be rescheduled.
- Deposits may be applied to a future booking.
Site Requirements
Clients must provide:
- Adequate space
- Safe, level ground
- Clear access
Damages & Usage
- Units must be used appropriately.
- Any damages beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
