Booking POLICY

 

We believe in making your experience smooth, simple, and stress-free.

  • Confirmation: Reservations are only finalized once the deposit is received.
  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance is required at the time of booking.

Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
  • Remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event.

Cancellations

We are committed to a timely delivery. To ensure a smooth setup, please note the following:

  • 14+ days: refundable (minus admin fee).
  • Less than 14 days: non-refundable.

Weather

  • In the event of severe weather, services may be rescheduled.
  • Deposits may be applied to a future booking.

Site Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • Adequate space
  • Safe, level ground
  • Clear access

Damages & Usage

  • Units must be used appropriately.
  • Any damages beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
